The above services are not recommended due to following reasons:
1.Valid copy of the statutory licenses like Pollution Control Board License for generating BMW, PCB License for Air & Water Pollution, Fire NOC were not submitted.
2.Inadequate No. of RMO’s as per IPHS standards. No MBBS qualified RMO was available. On the day of inspection, 4 BAMS doctors were shown on records but none were available.
3.Discrepancy in the no. of beds as per application form (22 beds at one place & 15 beds at another) and BMW MoU (10 Beds).
4.No admissions in the past two weeks before inspection. Bed Occupancy rate is poor.
5.Surgical equipment is being borrowed from another hospital when required.
