1.Inadequate no of qualified (GNM or above) nursing staff available in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection only 73 qualified nurses were available as per the list of manpower submitted.
2.Inadequate no of RMO’s available in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection only 12 qualified RMO’s were present as per the list of manpower submitted.
Also the hospital does not have the following documents:
1.PCB Consent to generate BMW was expired.
2.PCB license for Air & water pollution were not available
3.MoU with BMW Collecting Agency
