1.Inadequate No of qualified (GNM or above) nursing staff working in the hospital as per the IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection, only 33 GNM qualified nurses are available as per the nursing manpower list provided by the hospital for 200 operational beds.
2.Inadequate No. of qualified RMO’s staff working in the hospital as per the IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection, on the day of inspection only 7 MBBS qualified RMO was available as per the RMO manpower list provided by the hospital for 200 operational beds.
3.PCB License for Air & Water is expired.
