1.Inadequate no of qualified (GNM or above) nursing staff available in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection only 10 qualified nurses were available as per the list of manpower submitted, for 50 operational beds with more than 70% occupancy as per the application form.
2.Inadequate no of RMO’s available in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection NO MBBS qualified RMO’s were present as per the list of manpower submitted.
3.PCB Consent to generate BMW was expired.
4.PCB license for Air & water pollution were not available.
5.Fire NOC from respective authority was not available
6.Inhouse Ultrasound facility for OBG services is not available.
7.AERB Consent to operate was not available for Portable X-Ray, C-Arm, CT Scan & IOPA. No TLD Badge monitoring was done.
8.OT is not equipped with Laminar Air Flow with HEPA filters for the Super Speciality Surgical Services.
9.Few services like Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Oncology, ENT, etc are inadequately equipped.
