The above services are not recommended sue to following reasons:
1.Inadequate No of qualified nurses available in the organisation as per IPHS guidelines. As per the manpower list provided only 6 qualified nurses were available on the day of inspection for a bed strength of 85 beds.
2.Inadequate no of MBBS qualified RMO’s available in the organisation as per IPHS guidelines. As per manpower list provided there are no RMO’s available in the organisation.
3.The PCB consent for generating BMW was issued for 12 beds whereas the hospital has 85 operational beds.
4.MoU with BMW collecting agency was not available.
5.AERB consent to operate X-Ray machine was not available.
