1.Inadequate No of RMO’s available in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. There are no RMO’s present as per the manpower list submitted by the Hospital.
2.Licenses like Registration of hospital under Shops and commercial establishments act and Fire NOC were not available
3.For Speciality services like Joint replacement, Operation theatre is not equipped with laminar air flow and HEPA filters. The same was under construction on the day of inspection.
4.Services like Urology are being performed by non-qualified persons. As per the list of consultants an MS qualified doctor is providing Urology services instead of MCH qualification.
