1.Inadequate No of qualified (GNM or above) nursing staff working in the hospital as per the IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection, only 14 GNM qualified nurses are available as per the nursing manpower list provided by the hospital.
2.Inadequate No. of qualified RMO’s staff working in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection, on the day of inspection no MBBS qualified RMO was available as per the RMO manpower list provided by the hospital instead the list contains 25 Non-Allopathic personnel working as RMO’s.
3.MoU with BMW collecting agency was not available.
4.Pharmacy License was not available.
