5.Gastro Intestinal Surgery, Prosthetic Surgery, Neuro Medicine, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Medical Oncology, Paediatric Cardiology, Surgical Oncology, and Vascular surgery: no evidence of qualification of specialist has been shown at the time of inspection and no qualified doctors evidenced.
6.HEPA filter installation documents not evidenced by Hospital at the time of inspection.
