The above services are not recommended due to following reasons:
1.Inadequate strength of qualified Nursing staff (GNM & above) available in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection, only 23 qualified nurses were available as per manpower list submitted for 100 beds.
2.Inadequate strength of RMO staff available in the hospital as per IPHS guidelines. On the day of inspection, only 01 qualified RMO was available as per manpower list submitted for 100 beds.
3.For services like Psychiatry, Neuromedicine, gastroenterology, vascular surgery, neonatology, no qualified doctors were available.
4.Services like Medical Oncology, Surgical oncology and Respiratory diseases were being provided by non-qualified doctors for the respective speciality.
5.Legal licenses like PCB Consent to generate BMW, MoU with BMW Collecting Agency, PCB license for Air & Water Pollution, Fire NOC were not available on the day of inspection. Few of them are under process.
