•Nursing home licence (expired in March 2016.), MOU with incinerator plant for BMW is expired.
•Occuloplasty, Adnexa & other specialised treatment, Vitreo – Retinal Surgery there is no trained staff for specialised service Vitreo retinal surgeon and Oculoplastic surgeon.
•No proper CSSD (presently inside OT): separate washing area and autoclave area need to be there, dirty and clean instrument to be kept separately.
•Hospital need to have MOU for outsourced services like laboratory and Radiological services.
•There should be anaesthetist (on call) in the panel of hospital.
