1.List of number of qualified nurses with their registration number and qualification details (As per IPHS).
2.Adequate number of qualified (MBBS) and registered doctors to work as RMOs.
3.Current MTP license
Not Recommended for :Dermatology and Venereology, Burns, Cardiac Anaesthesia, Oncology- Gynaecological, Paediatric Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Surgical Gastroenterology due to the non-availability of adequate infrastructure, equipment and resources to provide these services.
The hospital is advised to undertake the external quality assurance of its laboratory services
