1)Air and Water consents from the competent authority.
2)Adequate number of registered and qualified nursing staff (as per IPHS standards)
3)Adequate number of MBBS doctors to work as RMOs (as per IPHS standards)
4)Availability of radiologist
5)Inhouse ultrasound machine and PCPNDT registration
6)TLD badges for all the concerned staff
Not Recommended for :Burns, Family Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology (Gynaecological), Vascular Surgery, Neonatology due to non-availability of required manpower, resources and infrastructure to provide these services.
The hospital is advised to 1) define the turnaround time 2) reporting of critical tests results for its laboratory services.
